Product Description and Prices

We have taken every care to ensure that the description, prices and dimensions of products available on this website are correct at the time of publishing. We also endeavour to accurately reproduce the colour of the products in images provided. However Black Truffle cannot accept any responsibility for variations in colour caused by browser software or customer's computer.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, where application, at a rate of 17.5% but exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery is calculated at checkout and rates can be viewed whilst in the shopping cart.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable. They are vailid for use in either of the two Black Truffle stores but not for on-line purchases. Both the purchaser and holders of gift vouchers are subject to the above terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make these terms and conditions available to the recipient.

Payment

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Solo, Switch and Maestro. All transactions are shown and charged in £ sterling. Payment for your order will be processed on the day of despatch.

Fulfilling you order

Upon placement of your order, you will receive confirmation by email. If we are unable to fulfil your order, or part order, or process your payment for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible. Otherwise your completed order will be despatched shortly thereafter.

Returns

Black Truffle is happy to offer a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of receipt of purchase, for any full priced item/s with which you are not entirely satisfied. We are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange on sale items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please return the item unused and in its original packaging together with your completed Returns & Exchange form which is included with your purchase. A pre-printed returns label is enclosed for your convenience.

It is strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we can't be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Delivery

	UK Mainland	Cost £5.99 plus VAT per package up 5 kgs per delivery address. Two-day delivery by 5.30pm from date of desatch.
	Northern Ireland / Isle of Man/ Scottish Isles	Cost £12.99 plus VAT per packages up to 5 kgs per delivery address. Next day delivery by 5.30pm following receipt of your despatch confirmation.
	Channel Islands	Cost £24.00 plus VAT per package up to 5 kgs per delivery address. Two days delivery following receipt of your despatch confirmation.
	International Road Express	Two to seven days delivery following receipt of your despatch confirmation.
	International Express	One to seven days delivery following receipt of your despatch confirmation. A signature will be required upon delivery of goods.

Please note the following:
Average weight for a pair of shoes is 800 grams and for boots is 1500 grams.
Shipping takes place after we have advised you by email that the stock is available and that your card details have been successfully processed.
All consignments are delivered by City Link or one of their affiliated partners and will need to be signed for.
AUR: Price available upon request.
Transit times are approximate and some outer areas may take an additional day.
Deliveries for international destinations exclude day of collection.
VAT is chargeable to all European Destinations (ie: all countries listed above except Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Switzerland, Croatia and Norway).
Prices are correct as at day of publication and are subject to change without notice.
We are unfortunately unable to deliver to countries that are not listed below.
